This would appear to be the issue? I’m sorry you’re having these issues, but you’re right. At least you’ve got several things in your favor that you wouldn’t have had otherwise. Hang in there, do the best you can, let your customers know that you were trying to be proactive yet you still got caught by surprise, and do the best you can. I know you’ll find a way to hang in there and make it work.
